Wool Dress/Skirt

Versatile wool skirt/dress, (it can be worn as both) with lace on the hem and an optional rouching at the bottom achieved by inside ties.  These can be left undone to give a longer plainer dress. Wide, flattering waistband with elastic gathering at the back. Generously cut. As a skirt, it can be worn high on the waist or low on the hips. As a dress it looks good worn with or without a belt. Length when rouched 94cm, full length 108cm. 100% wool, dry clean only.
